Our documentation center is open to all interested parties, by appointment. We are solely a reference library, so one must visit DOMiD's premises to access our collection.
Here at DOMiD, the FAUST database system is used for research. We give every visitor an introduction to the database and its different search functions. Materials may be viewed in our reading room, and it is possible to make copies.
Information for download
Please note that archive searches are currently not possible due to the Corona Protection Ordinance of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia. Subject to reservation, we will accept appointment requests from February 15, 2021. Please use the form below for this purpose. Due to home office operations, there may be wait times when processing archive usage requests.
In order to prepare for your visit, we require some information about your research interests. Please fill in the following form detailing which subjects you seek more information on and what types of sources you wish to view.
Because the space for archive users is limited, it is in your interest to make arrangements for your visit as early as possible. The archive is open for appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 9 am and 4 pm. In special cases, appointments may be made for other times.
