Overview of our offers
DOMiD offers a wide range of educational programmes. In addition to dialogue-based guided tours of our collection rooms, we offer workshop formats on topics relevant to migration society for various target groups. You will also find didactically prepared materials to download for your educational work. Under publications you will find texts on a wide range of migration-specific topics as well as publications that can be ordered.
Guided Tours
DOMiD offers guided tours for groups of up to 20 participants. After a brief introduction to issues relating to the history of migration and the culture of remembrance, we explore the corridor exhibition together with selected objects from the unique DOMiD archive and discover the diverse stories and perspectives of the DOMiD collection. You will also gain an exciting insight into the depots and magazine.
We would be pleased to present the history of DOMiD in a complementary keynote speech and offer an insight into milestones and conceptual issues of the emerging Museum Selma.
