Conditions of Participation DOMiD e.V. Social Media Sweepstakes
The competition is organized by DOMiD e.V.. Any natural person residing in Germany who has reached the age of 18 is eligible to participate. The competition begins on 18.09.2023; the closing date for the competition is 24.09.2023 at 23:59. Late entries cannot be considered.
Participation in the sweepstakes is only permitted through the personal entry of the participant. Participation via automated procedures (e.g. via sweepstake clubs or sweepstakes service providers) is not permitted. In these cases and in the event of violations of the conditions of participation or manipulations, we reserve the right to exclude the participants concerned.
Multiple comments from the same LinkedIn/Meta user(s) and/or the same person will be counted as one entry in the competition. A jury will judge the comments received according to authenticity and creativity and will then select the winners of the competition at its own discretion. For this purpose, all "profile names" of the participants will be recorded and stored for the purpose of determining the winners. Address data will later only be collected from the winners and only used to send the prize. The participants are entitled to legal rights of information and revocation.
Winning description
You can win 2 free tickets each for admission to the exhibition "Who we are - questions to an immigration country", which is on display at the Bundeskunsthalle in Bonn (closed on Mondays) until October 8, 2023.
A total of 12 tickets will be raffled on Instagram and 8 tickets on LinkedIn.
The winners* have until 25.09.2023 at 23:59 clock to report back and provide their address for the shipping of the prize.
The winners will be notified directly on our meta page/LinkedIn after the raffle by replying to the original comment that entered the raffle through the official "DOMiD e.V." account.
Winners* will be asked in this comment to provide their address to DOMiD e.V. via Meta/LinkedIn direct message for prize shipment. In the event that a winner*in does not independently contact DOMiD e.V. by 23:59 on 25.09.2023, the prize will be forfeited and the winner(s) will lose their right to receive the prize. The announcement of the winners is without guarantee.
DOMiD e.V. is entitled to transmit the personal data to third parties in order to enable the delivery of the prize. Only one prize per participant is possible, which cannot be paid out in cash alternatively. Winning claims are not transferable to other persons. DOMiD e.V. shall be released from all obligations upon delivery of the prize. DOMiD e.V. shall be liable for defects of title and quality only in case of intent or gross negligence.
Premature termination of the competition
DOMiD e.V. reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. DOMiD e.V. shall make use of this possibility in particular if for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons a proper execution of the lottery cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination has been caused by the conduct of a participant, DOMiD e.V. shall be entitled to claim compensation from this person for the damage incurred.
Applicable law; severability clause; exclusion of legal recourse; right of amendment
These Terms and Conditions of Participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and DOMiD e.V. shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Any incomplete or invalid provisions shall be supplemented or replaced in such a way that another appropriate provision is found which comes as close as possible in economic terms to the meaning and purpose of the invalid or incomplete provision. Legal recourse is excluded.

The Sweepstakes is not affiliated with Facebook, Instagram (Meta) or LinkedIn and is in no way endorsed, accompanied or controlled by Meta/LinkedIn. The recipient of the information provided is not Meta/LinkedIn, but DOMiD e.V.. Any questions, comments or complaints should therefore not be addressed to Facebook, but to DOMiD e.V.. No claims against Meta or LinkedIn will arise from participation.
